| Public offer of 5,06,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity Shares") of G M Polyplast Limited (The "Company" or The "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 160.00 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 150.00 per equity share (The "Offer Price") aggregating to Rs, 8.10 crores ("The Offer") comprising of a fresh issue of 3,20,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 5.12 crores (The "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 1,86,000 equity shares by the promoter selling shareholders ("Offer for Sale") aggregating to Rs. 2.98 crores of which 26,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each for cash at a price of Rs. 160.00 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 150.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 0.42 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the offer (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The Offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net offer of 4,80,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each at a price of Rs. 160.00 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 150.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 7.68 crores
(The "Net Offer"). The Offer and The Net offer will constitute 26.35% and 25.00% respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company.
The Face value of the equity share is Rs. 10.00 and the offer price is 16.0 times of the face value of the equity shares.
