| Initial public offer of up to 138,181,800 units (as defined hereinafter) of Brookfield India Real Estate Trust (The "Brookfield REIT") for cash at a price of Rs. 275 per Unit aggregating up to Rs. 3800.00 Crores (the "Issue"). The Issue is being undertaken in reliance upon Regulation 14(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts) regulations, 2014, as amended (The "REIT Regulations"). The Issue will constitute 45.63% of the issued and paid-up units on a post-issue basis in accordance with Regulation 14(2A) of the REIT Regulations.
Issue Price 275 per unit.
Bid Can be made for a minimum of 200 units and in multiples of 200 units thereafter.
