Board of Astral Poly Technik recommends second interim dividend

Astral Poly Technik announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 February 2020, inter alia, have recommended the second interim dividend of Rs 0.6 per equity Share (i.e. 60%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
