The Special Committee of the Board of the Bajaj Finance on 05 September 2017 has, inter alia, passed the following resolutions:
a. Authorising the opening of QIP on 05 September 2017;
b. Approving and adopting the preliminary placement document dated 05 September 2017 in connection with the QIP; and
c. Approving the floor price for the QIP of Rs 1771.90 per share.
The relevant date for purpose of QIP is 05 September 2017.
