Bharat Petroleum Corporation raises Rs 1000 crore

Bharat Petroleum Corporation has raised Rs 1000 crore through private placement of unsecured non-convertible debentures on 11 March 2019. The proceeds of the issue will be used for funding of capital expenditure of the company, including recoupment of expenditure already incurred.
