Bharti Infratel announces change in company secretary

Bharti Infratel announced that Shweta Girotra has resigned from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. Her resignation has been accepted w.e.f closing of the business hours on 13 September 2017. Samridhi Rodhe has been appointed Deputy Company Secretary of the Company and Compliance Officer with effect from 14 September 2017.
