Board Hero Motocorp recommends dividend

Hero Motocorp announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 May 2018, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs.40 per equity share (i.e. 2000%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
