Board of 5Paisa Capital approves fund raising up to Rs 250 cr through NCD issue

The Board of 5Paisa Capital at its meeting held on 17 April 2018 has approved enabling resolution for raising funds through issue of Non- Convertible Debentures on a Private Placement basis, upto a limit of Rs 250 crore, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing AGM.
