Board of Asian Paints recommends final dividend

Asian Paints announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 May 2023, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 21.25 per equity Share (i.e. 2125%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
