Board of Asian Paints recommends interim dividend

Asian Paints announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 October 2023, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 5.15 per equity Share (i.e. 515%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
