Board of Asian Paints recommends Second Interim Dividend

Asian Paints announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 February 2020, has recommended a Second Interim dividend of Rs.7.15 per share (i.e.715%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
