Board of Bajaj Auto recommends Interim Dividend

Bajaj Auto announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 February 2020, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.120 per share (i.e.1200%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
