Board of Britannia Industries recommends Final Dividend

Britannia Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 May 2022, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.56.50 per share (i.e.5650%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
