Board of Britannia Industries recommends interim dividend

Britannia Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 April 2023, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 72 per equity Share (i.e. 7200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
