Board of HDFC Bank to consider issue price for allotment of share to HDFC

The Board of HDFC Bank will meet on 17 July 2018 to consider and approve the issue price for allotment of Equity Shares to Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC), by way of the Preferential Allotment.
