Board of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation recommends Final Dividend

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2022, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.14 per share (i.e.140%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
