Board of Housing Development Finance Corporation recommends dividend

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 April 2018, inter alia have recommended the dividend of Rs.16.50 per equity share (i.e.825%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
