Board of Indian Oil Corporation recommends Final Dividend

Indian Oil Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2023, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.3 per share (i.e.30%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
