Board of Kotak Mahindra Bank recommends Final Dividend

Kotak Mahindra Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 April 2023, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.1.50 per share (i.e.30%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
