Board of Kotak Mahindra Bank recommends dividend

Kotak Mahindra Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 April 2018, inter alia have recommended the dividend of Rs. Rs.0.70 per share (i.e.14%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
