Board of Navkar Corporation approves allotment of preference shares

The board of Navkar Corporation at its meeting held on 21 June 2018 has approved the allotment of 99790 (Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety) 6% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs.100/- each to the Preference Shareholders of Navkar Terminals in pursuance of order of amalgamation issued by Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal
