Board of Reliance Industries recommends dividend

Reliance Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 April 2018, inter alia have recommended the dividend of Rs.6 per equity share (i.e.60%) on the enhanced share capital on account of bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1 last year, for the financial year ended March 31, 2018.
