The Board of UPL at its meeting held on 07 February 2020 has decided to terminate the GDR program (consisting of 2,83,680 GDRs representing equal number of equity shares - 0.04% of the paid up share capital of the company).
The other GDR programme of the Company (8.27% of the paid-up share capital) which is listed on Singapore Exchange, shall continue to be in effect.
