Board of Varun Beverages to consider enabling resolution to raise funds via QIPs

Varun Beverages announced that the Board of Directors of the company will meet on 07 February 2020 to approve enabling resolution to raise capital from time to time through Qualified Institutions Placement subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
