Cipla allots 3910 equity shares under ESOS

Cipla has allotted 3910 equity shares under ESOS on 13 April 2020. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased
to Rs. 1,61,24,78,478 /- comprising of 80,62,39,239 equity shares of face value Rs.2/- each.
