Coal India announces cessation of directors

Coal India announced that Vinod Kumar Thakral and Bharat Laxmanbhai Gajipapa, lndependent Directors in the Board of Coal India have completed their tenure as Director on 5 September 2020. Hence
they ceased to be a director of Coal India from 05 September 2020.
