HDFC Board approves appointment of director

The Board of Housing Development Finance Corporation has approved the appointment of Dr Bhaskar Ghosh, as an Independent Director (Additional Director) on the Board of the Corporation with effect from 27 September 2018, subject to approval of the Corporation.
