Hindalco Industries to consider Accounts

Hindalco Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 16 May 2018, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2018, and to consider recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2018.
