Hindustan Unilever allots 82,043 equity shares under ESOP

Hindustan Unilever has allotted 82,043 equity shares under ESOP. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 2,34,95,50,042 shares & the issued capital has increased to 2,40,26,69,018 shares.
