IndusInd Bank allots 43,800 equity shares under ESOS

IndusInd Bank has allotted 43,880 (Forty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty) equity shares of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on December 10, 2020 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.
