Lupin allots 17,094 equity shares

Lupin has allotted 17094 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 2 each under ESOP. The issued and paid up capital of the company has been increased to Rs 90.42 crore consisting 45,21,40,064 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
