Lupin allots 19903 equity shares

Lupin has allotted 19903 equity shares of Rs 2 each under ESOP. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 90.42 crore consisting of 45,21,22,970 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
