Lupin allots 20217 equity shares

Lupin has allotted 20217 equity shares under ESOP on 25 April 2018. Consequently, the paid up capital of the company has increased to Rs 90.42 crore comprising of 45,21,03,067 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
