Lupin allots 38,135 equity shares under ESOP

Lupin has allotted 38135 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each under ESOP. Consequently, the issued and paid up capital of the Company has been increased to Rs. 90,51,65,724 consisting 45,25,82,862 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
