Outcome of board meeting of Maruti Suzuki India

The Board of Maruti Suzuki India at its meeting held on 26 July 2018 has approved, subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing
annual general meeting, proposed to amend Article 76(4) of the Articles of Association of the Company with regard to change the nature of directorship of Managing Director from non- rotational to rotational.
