Power Grid Corporation of India announces cessation of subsidiary

Power Grid Corporation of India announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Grid Conductors has filed an application for striking of its name from the records of Registrar of Companies under Section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013. It has been learnt from the website of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs that the name of Grid Conductors Limited has been struck off from the records of Registrar of Companies.
