Reliance Industries completes acquisition of RSYS

Reliance Industries announced the successful completion of the acquisition of 100% stake of RSYS through a Special Purpose Vehicle set up in U.S. for cash consideration aggregating to approximately USD75 million equity value based on current outstanding and dilutive equity share impact.
