Tata Motors allots NCDs aggregating Rs 1000 cr

Tata Motors has allotted 10,000 Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures E29-A Series of face value Rs 10,00,000/- each, at par, aggregating Rs 1000 crore to State Bank of India on private placement basis.
