Tata Motors firms up plans on issue NCDs aggregating Rs 1000 cr

The Committee of Board of Directors of Tata Motors at its meeting held on 05 May 2020 has approved the offer for subscription, on a private placement basis, upto 10,000 Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) E29-A Series of face value Rs 10,00,000/- each, at par, aggregating upto Rs 1000 crore comprising three tranches, of Rs 500 crore, Rs 300 crore and Rs 200 crore (Tranche I, Tranche II and Tranche III).
