Tata Steel allots 10,250 NCDs aggregating Rs 1025 cr

Tata Steel has allotted 10,250 7.85% Unsecured, Redeemable, Rated, Listed Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs 10,00,000 each for cash aggregating to Rs 1,025 crore, to identified investors on private placement basis.
