Tata Steel supports Tata Sponge on acquisition of steel business of Usha Martin

Tata Steel announced that the company as the promoter shareholder of Tata Sponge has agreed to support Tata Sponge's strategy to enhance its product portfolio and has identified Tata Sponge as the strategic vehicle to undertake the acquisition of the steel business of Usha Martin.
