Board of Tata Steel to consider issuance of NCDs on private placement basis

The Board of Tata Steel will meet on 24 April 2020 to consider the issuance of unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis, within the borrowing limits approved by the Shareholders of the Company on 30 July 2014.
