UltraTech Cement updates on proposed acquisition of Binani Cement

UltraTech Cement announced that the subsequent to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal ('NCLAT') Order approving the Resolution Plan of the Company for acquisition of Binani Cement, the Supreme Court has today, i.e 19 November, 2018, dismissed Rajputana Properties' appeal against the NCLAT order.
