Vedanta appoints merchant banker to undertake due diligence for delisting plans

Vedanta has appointed SBI Capital Markets has been appointed as a merchant banker to carry out due diligence in accordance with Regulations 8(1A) and 8(1D) of the Delisting Regulations.
