Vedanta plans NCD issue of up to Rs 3000 cr

Vedanta announced that the company proposes to offer Rated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Cumulative, Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating upto Rs 3,000 crore in one or more tranches, and in this regard is holding a meeting of its duly constituted Committee of the Directors on 29 January 2020.
