Vedanta to raise up to Rs 4500 crore

Vedanta announced that a duly authorised committee of directors at its meeting held on 23 March 2018 approved the offering for subscription on a private placement basis, up to 4500 secured, rated, non cumulative, redeemable, non convertible debentures of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating up to Rs 4500 crore.
