Yes Bank update on Medium Term Note Programme

Yes Bank announced that the Capital Raising Committee of the Bank will consider tender offer under the terms and conditions of the Medium Term Note Programme of Yes Bank set up for an amount of U.S.$1 BN on or after 31 January 2019.
