Zee Entertainment Enterprises has allotted 1,470 Equity Shares under ESOP. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 96,04,83,235 Equity Share of Re 1/ - i.e. Rs 96,04,83,235/- on and from 11 November 2019.
