Zee Entertainment Enterprises has allotted 3,430 equity shares under ESOP. Consequent to this allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 96,04,66,500 Equity Share ofRe 1/- i.e. Rs 96,04,66,500/- on and from 31 October 2018.
