Zee Entertainment Enterprises has allotted 4900 Equity Shares of Re 1 each at an exercise price of Re 1/- per Equity Share to Punit Misra under ESOP Scheme. Consequent to this allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stand increased to 96,04,53,620Equity Share of Re 1/- i.e. Rs 96,04,53,620/-
